But what about an impression of a title and not a person; i.e., you haven&#039;t met that person yet (because if I could meet someone I would certainly make them forget any titles!) and you&#039;re creating a first impression in your mind about the person through their title?  Perhaps we could come up with an entirely new title - any thoughts?</description>

		<description>Love this one. Never really thought about it, but you are correct - assistant seems almost like the term secretary, doesn&#039;t it.  I think if you carry yourself as a business owner and act accordingly, people will respond to that - not necessarily the titles we use.
