Why do You need Coaching?
The reason why coaching becomes an absolute necessity to those who seek to reach new height or self-renewal is it helps with the setting of personal intention. It is well known that we attract people, resources and situations that are in accordance with our most dominant thoughts.
Coaching gives individuals a space to foster or nurture those thoughts, goals, dreams, plans or intentions through discussions, insights, increased self-awareness, focus and the accountability to carry out related actions. Napoleon Hill had summarized: thoughts when repeated become a burning desire that in turn propel you forward to new heights. At the time an individual becomes certain of what he or she wants than intention is set and life can only get better from then onward.

Love this one. Never really thought about it, but you are correct – assistant seems almost like the term secretary, doesn’t it. I think if you carry yourself as a business owner and act accordingly, people will respond to that – not necessarily the titles we use.

That’s a great thought, Deb! But what about an impression of a title and not a person; i.e., you haven’t met that person yet (because if I could meet someone I would certainly make them forget any titles!) and you’re creating a first impression in your mind about the person through their title? Perhaps we could come up with an entirely new title – any thoughts?
